Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order. Please email us at CMarieclayco@gmail.com and send pictures of any damage.
Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
When will items ship:
Custom Orders: I am a one woman show so I work very hard to try to create and get your custom items out in a timely manner while not sacrificing quality of work. Please bare with me.
RTS: Ready to ship items you can expect to ship out within 1-3 business days unless I contact you otherwise.
