Here at CMarie Clay Co we take working with ashes, preserved breast milk, dried flowers, and hair very carefully and consider it an honor anytime we have the privilege of making one of these items.  

THE PROCESS:
First, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Also, take a look around our memorial blanks page to see some of the blanks we have available for customizing. Also don't forget to browse my IG page where I have shared lots of memorial pieces I have created in the past.

Second, after taking a look around if you don't see what you are looking for we can come up with something special for you. If your item is something not on hand that I will need to order we will need to get that ordered. We will then need to discuss colors, styles, etc.
 
Third, you will need to get me your ashes, preserved breast milk, preserved flowers, or hair either via mail or drop off if you are local.  

Fourth, once I have received your items, I will create your custom pieces based off the colors, styles, etc we discussed with extreme care.
 
Finally, your items will be ready for pick up or delivery. I will ship or return any remaining ashes, breastmilk, flowers, hair, etc. 

Pricing varies and will be discussed one on one depending on what you are looking for outside of what you see here on the site. Please take time to look through the memorials tab of the website the prices for the blanks include your custom made stones. We offer a variety of options and metal choices ranging from stainless steel, gold covered brass, and 925 sterling. Real gold jewelry can be purchased upon request.

FLOWERS:
Yes, I do flower preservation the cost of that varies based on the amount of flowers needing to be preserved. Fresh flowers do not do well being shipped though so if not local fresh flowers would need to be preserved before shipping.

BREASTMILK:
No I do not offer breastmilk preservation myself, but I do suggest a very user friendly and cost effective kit that you can purchase off etsy for preserving your breastmilk yourself. Once you have preserved it you can then send me your preserved breastmilk via mail or drop it by.

If you are placing a large custom order especially one that I need to order your blanks for, yes. You will pay 25% down then the remainder is due after I have finished creating before pickup or shipment.

Custom Orders: I am a one woman show so I work very hard to try to create and get your custom items out in a timely manner while not sacrificing quality of work. Please bare with me.

RTS: Ready to ship items you can expect to ship out within 1-3 business days unless I contact you otherwise.

Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days once they reach the mail.

CMarie is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped. If you would like to purchase package insurance that can be arranged just contact CMarieclayco@gmail.com before placing your purchase and I can be sure to add that onto your package for a nominal fee.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at CMarieclayco@gmail.com and send pictures of any damage. 

Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item. 

No large custom resin trays items will not be included in free shipping they have a flat rate shipping of $10.

Free shipping applies to RTS jewelry, clay cutter, and transfers.

Due to the nature of the items being purchased you can not return your items, but I want you to be happy with your item so if there is anything I can do to help you love the item please do not hesitate to contact me.
